CapRescue Degustation (Thursday)
Since its debut in 2015, the CapRescue Degustation has become one of Central Queensland’s premier culinary events. Growing from 120 guests in 2015 to 240 guests in 2024, this exclusive dining experience has sold out each year, with all proceeds supporting CapRescue.
In 2025, the Degustation will once again showcase a superb six-course menu, highlighting local produce and talent. With carefully selected premium drink pairings and outstanding entertainment, this is an event that promises to delight and impress.
